Booth Application
• This is an outdoor event.
• Artist furnishes own display and canopy.
• Set up time is Friday March 5th, 2010. 9:30 AM to dusk or Saturday morning 7:00 AM until
9:30 AM. Artists need to be set up and have vehicles moved in time for 10:00 AM event
opening. Show ends at 5:30 PM. No early leave.
• Carved Stone, Inc. is situated on fenced acreage in a rural setting. We have not had trouble
with theft and do not expect any, however, Carved Stone, Inc. is not responsible for theft or
damage to your property.
• Artists may park to the back of Carved Stone, Inc. grounds.
• Park in designated area.
• The public will be charged an entry fee, collected by PAWS.
• Tax rate for Hays County is 7%, artists are responsible for their own sales and collection of
Texas State Sales Taxes.
• Carved Stone, Inc. will assign booth spaces.
• Carved Stone, Inc. and PAWS will promote and advertise this event.
• A booth fee will not be collected for Sculpture Challenge 2010, but we encourage artists to consider a donation to PAWS.
